摘　　要：高校要围绕"立德树人"根本任务,构建以核心价值观为主导的意识形态安全建设机制,批判各种非马克思主义思潮,营造以核心价值观为主旋律的校园文化,用核心价值观引领高校主流价值观和思想工作队伍建设,为高校意识形态安全建设和大学生思想政治教育工作提供理论支撑和实践指导.Higher colleges should focus on the fundamental task of "strengthening moral education and cultivating people", build an ideological security construction mechanism dominated by core values, criticize various non-Marxist trends of thought, and create a campus culture with core values as its main theme so as to lead the construction of mainstream values and ideological work force in higher colleges with core values to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for ideological security construction and ideological and political education of college students.
