摘 要:研究采用物化-生化-深度高级氧化联合工艺处理涂料废渣经热催化减量后产生的高COD、高氨氮水热废液。结果表明,调节水热废液pH为12、水温50℃,曝气8 h,氨氮脱除率达84.3%±3.9%。Fe/C类芬顿工艺对废液进行两级高级氧化,一级、二级高级氧化COD去除率分别为45.3%±2.3%、24.5%±3.3%。生化处理系统驯化过程中水热废液厌氧处理效率极低,好氧系统运行稳定。出水回流体积比调节为15:1时,停留时间为4 d,COD去除率达66.8%±2.7%,优势菌群为变形菌门中的嗜氢菌属。重金属Ba、Se、Zr、Zn、Pd、Cs在2级高级氧化过程中被去除,出水中Fe、Tl、Ag、Ni分别为1.62、0.08、0.01、0.01 mg/L,满足GB 8978-1996排放标准。The physicochemical-biochemical process-advanced oxidation combined process was used to treat the hydrothermal wastewater,which with high COD and high ammonia nitrogen and was generated after wet paint sludge treating by catalytic hydrothermal reaction process.The result showed that,the ammonia nitrogen removal rate reached 84.3%±3.9%when hydrothermal wastewater pH,temperature and aeration time was 12,50℃and 8 h respectively.By employing two stages Fe/C Fenton-like advanced oxidation process,COD degradation rate in the wastewater reached 45.3%±2.3%and24.5%±3.3%after the treatment of 1 st stage and 2 nd stage respectively.In the biological wastewater treatment system,anaerobic treatment suffered from low removal efficiency,and aerobic system operated stably.The COD removal rate reached 66.8±2.7%when reflux volume ratio of effluent was 15 and duration time was 4 d,and the dominant bacterial community was hydrogenophilus of Ascomycota.The heavy metals Ba,Se,Zr,Zn,Pd and Cs were removed in the process of secondary advanced oxidation.Fe,Tl,Ag and Ni in the effluent were 1.62,0.08,0.01 and 0.01 mg/L respectively,which met discharge standard of GB 8978-1996.
