摘 要:将富集的硫化细菌挂膜到生物滴滤塔填料中,研究了反应器启动及对H2S的去除效果。结果表明,反应器启动第6天,进气H2S的质量浓度和容积负荷分别为75μg/L和11 g/(m^3·h)条件下,去除率达100%;当进气H2S的质量浓度提高至135μg/L,空床停留时间10.8 s、容积负荷为45 g/(m^3·h)时,去除率稳定达到98%。循环滴滤液的pH由3.1下降到1.28历经20 d,反应器H2S去除率始终维持在98.7%以上。反应器闲置40 d多后,运行第6天就完成重新启动。该反应器具有启动快、对低pH和高负荷H2S的抗冲击能力强等特点,在生物除臭领域具有良好的应用前景。Entrapping the enriched sulphur bacteria into the bio-tricking filter packing,the reactor startup and removal effect of H2S were studied.The results showed that,the reactor started on the sixth day,the H2S removal rate was 100%with the inlet mass concentration of H2S of 75μg/L and the volumetric loading of 11 g/(m^3·h).The reactor stabilized to a removal efficiency of 98%with the inlet mass concentration of H2S of 135μg/L,the empty bed residence time of 10.8 s and the volumetric loading of 45 g/(m^3·h).The p H of the circulating filtrate decreased from 3.1 to 1.28 for 20 d,H2S removal rate of reactor was always maintained above 98.7%.After the reactor was idle for more than 40 d,the reactor was restarted on the sixth day.The reactor has the characteristics of fast start-up,strong impact resistance to low pH and high load H2S,and has good application prospect in the field of biological deodorization.
