科技中介服务体系构建研究——以山西省为例

摘　　要：高新技术企业在技术创新过程中经常会面临信息不足、资金缺乏、抗风险能力弱等因素制约,这需要外部服务体系的扶持。目前我国科技中介服务体系实力相对薄弱,运行效果不尽如人意。因此,文章首先运用协整检验验证了政府和高校在科技创新中的作用,其次通过因子分析构建了科技中介服务体系模型,并结合创新需求调查,对创新初期服务、创新启动服务、创新实施服务和创新产出服务四个服务因子进行问题分析,最终提出对策建议。In the process of technological innovation,high-tech enterprises often face the problems such as lack of information, lack of funds,weak ability to resist risks,and so on. This requires the support of external service system. At present,the strength of science and technology intermediary service system is relatively weak. Therefore,firstly the position and role of government and University in the Technological innovation is determined in the use of cointegration test,secondly,the framework model of science and technology intermediary service system is obtained through factor analysis. With the innovation demand of high-tech enterprises survey it is concluded that the key to solve the problem of the low level of service of science and technology intermediary service system is to improve the level of the four service factors such as the initial innovation services,innovation start services,innovation and implementation of innovative services and output services. Finally,combined with the existing problems of the four service factors,the relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
