摘 要:从合肥市10所高校中选取1 000名正常体重的大学生为受试者,每所高校100名,男女比例为1∶1,正常体重的选取标准为:18.5<BMI<24.0;并从其中选取100名体育人口为运动组,100名每周运动次数等于或小于1次的非体育人口为对照组,每组男女比例均为1∶1.采用体成分和骨密度测试仪分别测试每位受试者的体质和骨质状况.探讨正常体重大学生体成分、骨密度的状况,以及两者的相关性,并研究运动对它们的影响.A total of 1 000 college students with normal body weight were selected from 10 universities in Hefei. Each university had 100 students,the ratio of male to female was 1∶1,and the normal body weight was18.5BMI24.0. 100 ports population were selected as the exercise group,and 100 non-sports people whose number of exercise was equal to or less than 1 were selected as the control group. The ratio of men and women in each group is 1:1. Body composition and bone mineral density tester were used to test each subject's constitution and bone status. Results Showed 40% of the normal weight college students have recessive obesity,while nearly 50% of the normal weight college students have the situation of bone loss or osteoporosis,and all of them are the female students slightly more than the male students. Long-term physical exercise can significantly improve the physique and bone condition of normal-weight college students.There was a positive correlation between body composition index and bone mineral density in female college students and Long-term physical exercise college students.
