摘　　要：在历史的浪潮中,随着每一次人类生产生活方式的变化,居住区域的兴起和衰落并非是某一个城市的特色故事,尤其是在现今全球化的背景下,每一个城市都经历着大规模的变革.文章以澳大利亚墨尔本市的圣基尔达区(St Kilda)菲茨罗伊街社区为更新设计对象,试图在传统的城市空间设计以外强调"人"的影响,使得多元化居住者的共享意愿成为社区更新自发且源源不断的动力.通过对居住、商业以及街路进行共享化的设计,文章在理论层面和实验性设计中对老旧居住区的可行改造模式进行新的探索.In the tide of history, with every change in the way people live and work, the rise and fall of living areas is not a characteristic story of a city,especially in the context of today's globalization, every city is undergoing large-scale transformation. This paper takes the Fitzroy street community in St Kilda, Melbourne, Australia as the updated design object, and it' s an attempt to improve the urban space quality and social connection by focusing on the effort of everyone in the community. Making people's willingness to share, instead of architectural form design, become a driving force for remaking the place. Through the analysis and experimental design process on residential, commercial and street area, the author tried to explore a workable model for urban renewal.
