精细化管理模式对病案科病案管理质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨开展精细化管理模式对病案科病案管理质量的影响。方法本院病案室于2019年2月至2019年4月实施精细化管理模式,对比实施前(2018年8月至2018年10月)、实施后病案科病案重建率、门诊病案及时发送率、病案逾期未归率、医患纠纷发生率、病案缺少率及破损率。结果精细化管理实施后的病案重建率、医患纠纷发生率、病案缺少率、病案破损率均低于实施前,门诊病案及时发送率、借出按时归还率均高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论病案科采取精细化管理,能够有效提高病案管理人员的意识,提升病案管理质量,显著降低医患纠纷率、病案重建率等,有效保障医院病案管理安全。Objective To investigate the effect of delicacy management on medical record quality in medical record department. Methods The delicacy management mode was implemented in the medical record department of our hospital from February 2019 to April 2019. The rebuild rate of medical records, immediate sending rate of outpatient medical records, overdue rate of medical records, incidence of medical disputes, absence rate and breakage rate of medical records in medical record department before the implementation(from August 2018 to October 2018) and after the implementation were compared. Results Compared with before the implementation of delicacy management, the rebuild rate of medical records, incidence of medical disputes, absence rate of medical records, breakage rate of medical records after the implementation were lower(P<0.05). After the implementation, the immediate sending rate of outpatient medical records, timely return rate of medical records were higher than those before the implementation(P<0.05). Conclusion Delicacy management in medical record department can increase the consciousness of medical record administrators, increase quality of medical record management, decrease medical dispute rate and rebuild rate of medical records, and guarantee the safety of medical records in the hospital.
