摘 要:目的优选微波提取补肝散中总黄酮和总皂苷的工艺。方法以总黄酮和总皂苷的含量为考察指标,采用正交试验法,考察乙醇体积分数、辐射温度、微波功率和提取时间对微波醇提补肝散中总黄酮和总皂苷提取量的影响。结果总黄酮和总皂苷的微波提取最佳工艺为乙醇体积分数50%,辐射温度80℃,微波功率200W,提取时间15min。结论优化的微波提取补肝散中总黄酮和总皂苷的工艺条件稳定、可行。Objective To optimize the microwave extraction process for total flavonoids and total saponins from Bugan Powder. Methods With the contents of total flavonoids and total saponins as the evaluation indexes, the effects of volume fraction of ethanol, radiation temperature, microwave power and microwave radiation time were studied by an orthogonal test. Results The optimal microwave extraction process for the total flavonoids and total saponins was as follows: Bugan Powder was extracted under microwave radiation for 15 min with 50 % ethanol;the radiation temperature was 80 ℃, and the microwave power was 200 W. Conclusion The optimum microwave extraction process for total flavonoids and total saponins from Bugan Powder can be stable and feasible.
