摘  要:目的建立硅钼蓝分光光度法测定硅烷化玻璃酸复合物中有机硅含量的方法。方法硅烷化玻璃酸复合物经高温灰化和氢氧化钠熔融处理与钼酸铵反应生成硅钼酸,经抗坏血酸还原成硅钼蓝,810nm处测定吸光度,通过标准曲线法计算硅的含量。结果硅浓度在0.0988~0.484μg/ml范围内与吸光度呈良好线性关系;对照品溶液还原成硅钼蓝后吸光度在10~60min内稳定;平均加样回收率为98.52%(RSD=1.74%)。结论本方法准确、可靠、操作简便,可用于硅烷化玻璃酸复合物中有机硅的含量测定。Objective To establish a method for the determination of organosilicon content in silanol hyaluronate compound by silicon molybdenum blue spectrophotometry. Methods The silanol hyaluronate compound was subjected to high temperature ashing and melting treatment of sodium hydroxide and then reacted with ammonium molybdate to form silicomolybdic acid, which was reduced to silicon molybdenum blue by ascorbic acid. The absorbance was measured at 810 nm and the silicon content was calculated by standard curve method. Results The concentration of silicon in the range of 0.0988-0.484 μg/ml showed a good linear relationship with the absorbance. The absorbance of the reference solution was stable between 10-60 min after reduction to silicon molybdenum blue. The average recovery was 98.52 %(RSD=1.74 %). Conclusion This method is accurate, reliable and simple. It can be used to determine the content of organosilicon in silanol hyaluronate compound.
