重塑瓯越文化风貌打造文保街区“颜值”——温州街区文化遗产保护与开发探究

摘　　要：历史文化资源是一座城市的记忆,也是一座城市区别于其他城市最直接的特色文化形象,更是一个城市最宝贵的财富。尊重传统文化,保护历史街区,在保护和开发当中,实现其社会和经济效益,这已成为现代城市发展的重要理念。本文认为,文化遗产与传统文化见证了城市的生命历程,承载并延续着鲜明的城市个性。因此,温州保护和开发街区文化遗产,要以地域特色文化风貌为底蕴,依托文物古迹,提升名人文化的丰富内涵,要创设独特的街区文化魅力,构建以瓯越文化为文脉,产业品牌、行业主题展馆为特色的文化创意产业集群,并在管理之中探索文保新模式。Historical resource is the memory of a city. It is the most direct characteristic cultural image of a city which distinguishes one from other cities, and it is also the most precious treasure of a certain city. Respecting the traditional culture, protecting the historical blocks, acquiring social and economic benefits during the process of exploitation and preservation already becomes an important sense of modem cities development. This paper proposes that the cultural heritage and traditional culture witness the life, as well as load and keep the characteristic of a certain city. Therefore, when preserving and exploiting the block cultural heritages in Wenzhou, it is suggested to take the local culture as the basis and enrich the connotation of celebrity stories connecting with the cultural heritages, to create distinctive block cultural charm and construct cultural and creative industry clusters threaded by Ouyue Culture and characterized by industry brands and exhibitions, and to explore a new mode of cultural relics preservation during the process of management.
