济宁市兖州区新生儿乙肝疫苗首针接种情况调查分析

摘　　要：目的:分析新生儿乙型肝炎疫苗(Hepatitis B Vaccine,HepB)首针(HepB1)及时接种情况及未及时接种原因,为探索提高新生儿HepB1及时接种率提供有效策略。方法:对2018年兖州区各级医疗机构新生儿首针乙肝疫苗接种资料进行分析,并抽査部分儿童首针乙肝疫苗接种情况。结果:2018年,兖州区各级医疗机构分娩新生儿6205例,首针乙肝疫苗及时接种率为99.69%。其中,属于本预防接种门诊辖区内的和辖区外的,首针乙肝疫苗及时接种率分别为99.74%、99.34%。结论:兖州区新生儿首针乙肝疫苗接种率与首针及时接种率均较高。Objective:To analysis the status of hepatitis B vaccination among newborns,and the reason of untimely vaccination,in order to provide effective strategies for improving neonatal HepB1 timely vaccination rate.Methods:Data of hepatitis B vaccination to newborns in different medical institutions in Yanzhou city in 2018 were analyzed,the status of immunization was inspected among part of hepatitis B vaccination immunized newborns.Results:In 2018,Yanzhou District at all levels of medical institutions gave birth to 6205 newborns,the first hepatitis B vaccine timely vaccination rate of 99.69%.Among them,belong to the vaccination out-patient area and outside the jurisdiction,the first hepatitis B vaccine timely vaccination rates were 99.74%and 99.34%.Conclusion:The coverage of hepatitis B vaccine and timely coverage of first dose were higher in Yanzhou city.
