摘 要:以磷石膏为原料,采用硫酸钠、硫酸钾、硫酸镁、硫酸铁四种硫酸盐作为转晶剂,在0.02MPa、140℃反应条件下,采用水热合成法转晶CaSO4·2H2O制备α-CaSO4·0.5H2O,用SEM、XRD进行表征。结果表明:不同金属离子对产物形貌及粒径有显著影响,其中低浓度的Na+、Mg2+有助于获得小直径、高长径比的产物;K+、Mg2+、Fe3+对晶须的生长都有抑制作用,其中Mg2+、Fe3+浓度升高时,所得产物直径越大,长径比越小,产物由针状变为板状、颗粒状,分散性变差;同时随着SO42-浓度升高,产物的长径比减小。Hosphogypsum was used as raw material, and sodium sulfate, potassium sulfate, magnesium sulfate and ferric sulfate were used as crystallizers. Under the reaction conditions of 0.02 MPa and 140 ℃, hydrothermal synthesis was used to convert CaSO4·2H2O to α-CaSO4·0.5H2O, characterized by SEM and XRD. The results showed that the crystal morphology and size of the products are affected significantly by different metal ions. It was found that Na+ and Mg2+ ions with low concentration facilitated the productions with small average diameter and high aspect ratio. The K+,Mg2+ and Fe3+ ions had an inhibition effect on the growth of the products. Especially, with the increasing concentration of Mg2+ and Fe3+ ions, the average diameter increased, the aspect ratio decreased, and the morphology of the products transformed from needle-like to tabular and granular shape with some of the particles agglomerate phenomena together. At the same time, as the concentration of SO42- increases, the aspect ratio of the product decreases.
