皖南某矿区膨润土活化条件研究

摘　　要：膨润土是一种重要的非金属矿产资源,经无机酸活化处理可制得活性膨润土产品,用途广泛,是提高膨润土附加值的重要途径。通过对皖南某矿区膨润土活化条件的研究,探讨了产品的脱色力与酸种类、酸浓度及反应时间之间的关系,初步确定了适合该矿区膨润土制备活性膨润土的实验条件,为该矿区后期生产活性膨润土提供了一定的技术支持。Bentonite is an important non-metallic mineral resource. Activated bentonite can be prepared by activating bentonite with inorganic acid. It has a wide range of uses and is an important way to improve the added value of bentonite. Based on the study of activation conditions of bentonite ore in a mining area in southern Anhui Province, the relationship between decolorizing power of product and acid type, acid concentration and reaction time was discussed. The experimental conditions suitable for preparing active bentonite from Bentonite in this mining area were preliminarily determined, which provided certain technical support for the later production of active bentonite in this mining area.
