摘 要:吊耳零件的动刚度是影响排气系统NVH(noise,vibration and harshness)性能的关键因素。主要探究了零件结构对吊耳动刚度的影响,经过对现有吊耳零件及新设计的Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ型结构吊耳(厚度分别为21mm,24mm,27mm)共计9种结构吊耳样件的测试分析得出,当橡胶材料不变时,吊耳的动刚度和动静比会随着吊耳厚度的增加而增加,同时通过对吊耳结构的增强可以使其共振频率点后移;另外通过对比同类型不同厚度吊耳产品的动刚度和动静比发现,Ⅰ型结构吊耳的结构稳定性和动态性能都是最优的,拥有较好的工程应用前景。The dynamic stiffness of hanger isolator is the key factor affecting the performance of exhaust system NVH. This paper mainly explores the influence of the part structure on the dynamic stiffness of hanger isolator. After testing and analysis of 9 kinds of structure of existing hanger isolator and newly designed I, II and III structure (thickness: 21 mm, 24 mm, 27 mm respectively). When the rubber material is constant, the dynamic stiffness and dynamic-static ratio of hanger isolator will increase with the increase of the thickness of hanger isolator. At the same time, the resonance frequency can be shifted back by the reinforcement of hanger isolator structure. In addition, by comparing the dynamic stiffness and dynamic and static ratio of the same thickness of the same type of hanger isolator products, it is found that the structural stability and dynamic performance of type I structure are optimal and have good engineering application prospects.
