摘  要:铸焊件质量隐患导致的腐蚀会使电池寿命提前终止。铸焊件质量与过程温度有密切关系。铸焊过程中温度会影响铸焊件的金相结构,进而影响其耐腐蚀性。极耳/汇流排的爬焊效果可以通过调整工艺参数实现。模具型腔表面温度一致性可通过调整模具冷却水流道结构来改善。Corrosion caused by hidden quality defects of casting parts will lead to earlier termination of battery life.The quality of casting parts is closely related to the temperature in the process.The metallographic structure is affected by the temperature during cast-on-strap process,which will further affect the corrosion resistance of casting parts.The crawl welding of the lug/strap can be achieved by adjusting the process parameters.The consistency of the model surface temperature can be improved by adjusting the cooling water channel.
