摘  要:赤水河大桥主桥为主跨1200m悬索桥,索塔高233m,由塔柱和上、下2道横梁组成。索塔采用6m节段液压爬模、塔梁异步与主动横撑配套施工工艺,利用有限元数值仿真技术,论证了该工艺的可行性。塔梁异步施工,塔柱施工到一定高度施工下横梁,塔柱封顶后,同步施工上部结构和上横梁,上、下横梁均不占主线工期。横梁采用空中附壁支架施工,节省了用钢量,减少了占用塔吊的时间。同时,高性能混凝土的成功应用,以及钢筋安装新型工艺的实施,极大提高了索塔建造质量和建造工效。上述工艺实现了索塔的快速建造。该工程并没有采用特殊施工设备,该工艺在高墩建造方面具有极大的推广价值。The main bridge of Chishui River Bridge is a suspension bridge. Its main span is 1 200 m. Its cable pylon is 233 m high, and is composed of pylon column and two upper and lower crossbeams. The cable pylon is constructed by the technology of 6 m segment hydraulic creeping formwork, pylon beam asynchronous construction and active cross-brace supporting. The feasibility of this technology is demonstrated by using the finite element numerical simulation technology. The pylon and beam are asynchronously constructed. When the pylon column is constructed to a certain height, the lower crossbeam is constructed. After the pylon column is capped, the superstructure and upper crossbeam can be synchronously constructed. The upper and lower crossbeams do not account for the construction period of the main line. The crossbeams are constructed by the overhead wall brackets, which save the steel amount and decrease the time of hoisting crane. At the same time, the successful application of the high-performance concrete and the implementation of new reinforcement installation technology greatly improve the construction quality and efficiency of cable pylon.The above technologies have realized the fast construction of cable pylon. There is no special construction equipment used in this project. The technologies have the great promotional value in the construction of high pier.
