常州市轨道交通1号线票价制定研究

摘　　要：以常州为例,分别从政府、轨道交通运营企业和乘客三个角度分析了影响城市轨道交通票价制定的相关因素。结合既有城市公共交通运营情况和轨道交通1号线一期工程相关参数,拟定了两套票价方案并进行了相应的客流测试。采用层次分析法构建了票价方案综合评价模型,分别从乘客利益、企业利益、社会效益三方面进行综合比选后得出了推荐票价方案。Taking Changzhou as an example, this paper analyzes the relative factors influencing the fare setting of urban rail transit from three aspects of government, rail transit operation enterprise and passenger.Combined with the operation conditions of the existing urban public transport and the relative parameters of Metro Line 1 Phase 1 Project, this paper prepares two sets of fare scheme and carries out the relative passenger flow test. The analytic hierarchy process is used to build the comprehensive assessment model of fare scheme. The recommended fare scheme is achieved from the comprehensive comparison of passenger benefit, enterprise benefit and social benefit.
