摘　　要：作为国家战略,乡村振兴承载着统筹城乡、实现高质量发展、提升民生福祉的重要使命,乡村文化振兴引领乡村振兴。然而,当前乡村文化面临发展不平衡、认同感削弱、创意不足等困境,亟需艺术职业教育的服务与支持。在借鉴国内外经验的基础上,艺术职业教育服务乡村文化振兴战略应有跨界思维,大力培养乡村文化艺术人才,拓展乡村文化创新力,开展“还乡”行动,打造“民艺+文创”“艺术+旅游”“院校+区域”等一系列“+”计划。As a national strategy, rural revitalization bears the important mission of coordinating urban and rural areas, achieving high-quality development and improving people ’s well-being, and rural cultural revitalization leads rural revitalization. However, the current rural culture is faced with such difficulties as unbalanced development, weakened identity and insufficient creativity. It urgently needs the service and support of art vocational education. On the basis of learning from domestic and foreign experiences, the strategy of art vocational education serving the revitalization of rural culture should have cross-border thinking, vigorously cultivate rural cultural and artistic talents, expand rural cultural innovation, carry out “returning home” actions, and create a series of “+”plans such as “folk art+literary creation”,“art+tourism”,“colleges+regions”, etc.
