摘　　要：介绍在地铁车辆轴承故障在线检测装置(MBD)中,通过图像识别技术获取地铁车号信息,对故障轴承进行定位,实现故障轴承的跟踪和预报。针对车号图像识别设备的原理构成,采用的相关设备部件的系统集成、软件功能,开发、运用中出现的问题以及改进措施等技术问题进行相关介绍和分析。This paper introduces an on-line detection device for bearing faults of metro vehicles. The number information of metro vehicles is obtained by image recognition technology. The location of the faulty bearings is achieved, and the tracking and prediction of the faulty bearings are realized. This paper introduces and analyses the principle and structure of vehicle number image recognition equipment, the system integration of relevant equipment components, software functions and development, and the improvement measures of the problems in application.
