摘 要:昆明地铁4号线金桂街站-梅子村站盾构区间联络通道及泵房位置地质条件复杂,地下水量丰富,采用地面高压旋喷桩预加固方式未能达到预期加固效果。综合考虑工程地质特点、工期需求、作业条件等因素,通过加固工法适用性分析,最终选用二重管无收缩双液注浆WSS工法进行二次洞内斜向注浆加固处理。结果表明,采用的注浆方式较好的改善了联络通道开挖范围内的土层性质,阻断了外部水源补给,注浆加固、止水效果明显,达到了预期安全目标。The shield connecting channel and pump house of Jinguijie Station-Meizicun Station of Kunming metro line 4 locate under complex geological conditions and abundant groundwater, so the pre-reinforcement method of ground high-pressure jet grouting pile fails to achieve the expected reinforcement effect. Considering the engineering geological characteristics, construction progress requirements, working conditions and other factors, through the analysis of the applicability of the reinforcement method, the WSS method of double pipe non-expendable double liquid grouting is finally selected to reinforce the oblique grouting in the secondary tunnel. The results show that the grouting method improves the soil properties within the excavation face of the connecting channel, interrupts the flow of external water sources, and has remarkable effect on grouting reinforcement and water stopping, which achieves the anticipated safety goal.
