完带汤治疗脾虚湿盛型多囊卵巢综合征疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察完带汤治疗脾虚湿盛型多囊卵巢综合征临床疗效。[方法]将168例多囊卵巢综合征患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组各84例。对照组采用西药治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用完带汤治疗。[结果]治疗组的总有效率为94.04%,对照组为70.23%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组中医证候评分的改善较对照组更加明显(P<0.05);两组治疗后,治疗组月经周期、痤疮、体重指数、多毛症状等评分较对照组下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组促黄体素(LH)、LH/卵泡生成激素(FSH)、睾丸(T)水平均较对照组有较明显改变(P<0.05)。[结论]中西医结合治疗本病疗效更好,值得临床推广。[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of WanDai decoction in treating polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) with the syndrome of excessive dampness caused by spleen deficiency.[Methods] One hundred and eight cases of PCOS patients with the syndrome of excessive dampness caused by spleen deficiency,and divided them into the treatment group and the control group randomy being 84 cases in each. The control group were given the conventional western medicine,on the basis of the control group,the treatment group additive WanDai decoction.[Results] The total effective rate was 94.04%,in the treatment group,being higher than the 70.23% of the control group (P<0.05). Two groups of comparison,the improvement in symptoms was more pronounced in the treatment group than in the control group. After treatment,the scores of menstrual cycle,body mass index and hairy symptoms in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,it shows significant difference (P<0.05). After treatment,levels of serum luteinizing hormone (LH),testosterone (T),and ratio of LH in follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).[Conclusion] The combination of Chines and Western medicine in the treatment of PCOS has better effect and deserves clinical promotion.
