摘  要:以习近平同志为核心的党中央立足于全面小康社会与生态文明建设的目标,作出了实施乡村振兴战略与农业绿色发展的全面部署,为农业科技创新与科技创业指明了方向。文章以福建省农业科学院为例,介绍了其科技创新助力农业绿色发展的主要实践与成效,深入分析了发展过程中面临的主要挑战,提出了加强顶层设计、发展特色农业、合理施用化肥农药、创制新型肥料等对策,助力推进并积极服务农业绿色发展,为实现乡村经济社会可持续发展提供科技支撑。The Communist Party of China Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has set a goal based on building an ecological civilization and a moderately prosperous society proposed in all respects, made an overall plan for implementing the strategy of Rural Revitalization and the green development of agriculture and pointed out the direction for agricultural scientific and technological innovation and entrepreneurship. In this paper, taking Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example, main practices and effectiveness of technological innovation helping green development of agriculture were introduced and important challenges facing development analyzed. Countermeasures were proposed to help promoting and actively serving the green development of agriculture, such as strengthening top-level design, developing special agriculture, applying fertilizer and pesticide properly, creating new fertilizer, etc. This will provide solid support for the sustainable development of rural economy and society.
