蔬菜产业园的质量安全现状及对策分析——以广东省为例

摘　　要：文章阐述了国内外蔬菜产业园的蔬菜生产质量安全现状以及蔬菜产业园的发展特点和趋势,并通过分析广东省的部分蔬菜现代农业产业园的发展现状,提出了加大人才和技术的投入力度、加快建立健全溯源机制和加大有机肥的使用比重等提高蔬菜产业园产品质量安全水平的建议,以促进广东省蔬菜产业的发展。The current situation of vegetable production and quality safety in vegetable industrial parks at home and abroad, as well as the development characteristics and trends of vegetable industrial parks were described in the paper. Based on the analysis of the present situation of some modern vegetable industrial parks in Guangdong Province, three suggestions were put forward to improve the quality and safety of vegetable industrial parks, i.e., increasing the input of talents and technology, speeding up the establishment of traceability mechanism and increasing the proportion of organic fertilizer application. This will promote development of vegetable industry in Guangdong Province.
