摘　　要：文章介绍了农业科研院所兼职纪检干部系统思维能力建设的基本情况,分析了农业科研单位兼职纪检干部系统思维能力建设存在的问题,如兼职纪检干部对本单位监督工作部署缺乏系统研究、纪检文书体系未建立等,并提出了强化监督体系构建、帮助兼职纪检干部建立纪检文书体系、建立健全激励机制等提升农业科研院所兼职纪检干部系统思维能力的有效途径。The basic situation of performance ability of the part- time disciplinary inspection cadres in agricultural scientific research institutes was introduced in the paper. The problems were discussed, such as lack of systematic research to the supervision work, the immature disciplinary inspection document system. The corresponding solutions were put forward, i.e., constructing supervisory system firstly, establishing disciplinary inspection document system, and establishing the excitation mechanism.
