新时期省级农业科研单位行政管理优化与提升路径探讨——以安徽省农业科学院为例

摘　　要：新形势下,农业科研单位必须与时俱进,破除陈旧体制的藩篱和机制的羁绊,优化行政管理服务,建立符合时代要求的管理体系。文章以安徽省农业科学院为例,阐述了省级农业科研院所行政管理工作的重要意义、存在的问题,并提出加强职能定位管理、健全管理制度体系、强化管理机制创新、提高管理成效等做好行政管理工作的对策。Under the new situation, agricultural research institutions must keep pace with the times, get rid of the barriers and mechanisms of the old system, optimize administrative management services, and establish a management system that meets the requirements of the times. Taking Anhui Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example, the significance and existing problems of provincial agricultural research institutes' management were expounded in the paper. Some suggestions were put forward, such as strengthening the function orientation management, perfecting the management system system, strengthening the innovation of management mechanism, improving the management effect and so on.
