摘 要:针对汽车油管聚乙烯(PE)塑料焊接的需求,建立了半导体激光焊接实验系统,并确定实验系统的主要光学配置。根据激光塑料焊接对材料组合的要求,对下层塑料添加一定量的炭黑。对激光功率、焊接速度、炭黑含量进行三因素三水平正交实验,并对焊缝进行剪切力测试。结果表明,当激光功率15 W,焊接速度30 mm/s,添加炭黑量为0.1%时,剪切力达到最大的427 N,满足实际生产要求。For the requirement of polyethylene(PE)plastic welding in automotive tubing,diode laser welding system was established,and the main optical configuration of the experimental system was determined.According to the requirements of combination material for laser plastic welding,a certain amount of black pigment was added to the lower plastic.Three levels orthogonal experiments with three factors of laser power,welding speed and black pigment was carried out.Shear force testing results show that when laser power is 15 W,welding speed is 30 mm/s and the addition of black pigment is 0.1%,the shear force could reach the maximum,which is 427 N,the process meets the actual production requirements.
