品管圈在医院临床路径管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的:应用品管圈进一步改进医院临床路径管理方法,评价品管圈对提升临床路径质量作用。方法:根据品管圈管理实施方案,分析临床路径应用的现状,查找分析存在问题的主要原因,制定提高入径率和完成率具体措施,并进一步评价实施效果。结果:实施品管圈管理后,医院临床路径入径率和完成率显著提高;同时管理成员的无形成果也得到明显提升。结论:应用品管圈管理模式可改进临床路径管理质量和实施效果。Objective:To evaluate the effect of quality control circle in improving the clinical pathway quality. Methods:According to the implementation plan of quality control circle management,the current situation of the application of clinical pathway was ana lyzed,and the main reasons for the problems were found out and specific measures were formulated. At last the implementation effect was evaluated. Results:After the implementation of the quality control circlemanagement,the hospital’s clinical path entry rate and completion rate were significantly improved;At the same time,the intangible achievement of themanagement members was also signifi cantly improved. Conclusions:The application of quality control circle management mode can improve the clinical path implementa tion and management quality,which is worth promoting.
