六味地黄汤与中药熏洗联合甲硝唑治疗细菌性阴道炎(阴虚内热)临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察六味地黄汤与中药熏洗联合甲硝唑治疗细菌性阴道炎(阴虚内热)疗效。[方法]将112例门诊患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和照组各56例。对照组甲硝唑,0.2 g/次,3次/d。治疗组例六味地黄汤(1剂/d)与中药熏洗治疗,2次/d;甲硝唑治疗同对照组。连续治疗14 d为1疗程。观测临床表现、细菌清除率、症状改善时间、不良反应。治疗1疗程(14 d),判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈45例,显效6例,有效2例,无效3例,总有效率94.64%;对照组痊愈35例,显效7例,有效4例,无效10例,总有效率82.14%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。细菌清除率、复发率治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。随访1年,细菌清除率、复发率治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]六味地黄汤与中药熏洗联合甲硝唑治疗细菌性阴道炎(阴虚内热),疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective]To observe the curative effect of Liuwei Dihuang decoction combined with fumigation and washing of traditional Chinese medicine and metronidazole on bacterial vaginitis(Yin deficiency and internal heat).[Method]Total of 112 outpatients were divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table method,56 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metronidazole with the dose of 0.2 g/time,3 times/day.The treatment group was treated with Liuwei Dihuang decoction(1 dose/d)combined with fumigation and washing of traditional Chinese medicine.The fumigation was first carried out and then the vulva was cleaned twice a day.The metronidazole treatment was the same as that of the control group.Continuous treatment for 14 days was a course of treatment.Clinical manifestations,bacterial clearance rate,improvement time of symptoms and adverse reactions were observed.One course of treatment(14 days)was used to determine the curative effect.[Result]In the treatment group,45 cases were cured,6 cases markedly effective,2 cases effective and 3 cases ineffective,and the total effective rate was 94.64%.In the control group,35 cases were cured,7 cases markedly effective,4 cases effective and 10 cases ineffective,and the total effective rate was 82.14%.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The bacterial clearance rate and recurrence rate in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The bacterial clearance rate and recurrence rate in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Liuwei Dihuang decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing and metronidazole in the treatment of bacterial vaginitis(Yin deficiency and internal heat)has satisfactory curative effect and no serious adverse reactions,which is worthy of promotion.
