补肺汤联合西药治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察补肺汤联合西药治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病疗效。[方法]将126例患者按数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各63例。对照组沙丁胺醇气雾剂,100~200μg/次,4次/d;盐酸氨溴索,30 mg/次,3次/d;氟替卡松,每个鼻孔2喷,1次/d,清晨用药。治疗组在对照组基础上补肺汤。连续治疗14 d为1疗程。观测临床表现、血清IL-8、IL-10、IL-13、TNF-α、C反应蛋白。治疗1疗程(14 d),判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效34例,有效27例,无效2例,总有效率96.83%,对照组显效22例,有效30例,无效11例,总有效率82.54%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。IL-8、IL-10、IL-13、TNF-α、C反应蛋白两组均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]补肺汤联合西药治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病,可提高临床疗效,改善炎症指标,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective]To observe the curative effect of Bufei decoction combined with western medicine on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.[Method]A total of 126 patients were divided into treatment group and control group by digital table method,63 cases in each group.Control group:salbutamol aerosol,100-200 g/time,4 times/day,ambroxol hydrochloride,30 mg/time,3 times/day,fluticasone,2 sprays per nostril,1 time/day,morning medication.The treatment group was treated with Bufei decoctiontwice.Continuous treatment for 14 days was a course of treatment.Clinical manifestations,serum IL-8,IL-10,IL-13,TNF-alpha and C-reactive protein were observed.One course of treatment(14 days)were used to determine the curative effect.[Result]Totally 34 cases were markedly effective,27 cases effective,2 cases ineffectivein the treatment group,and the total effective rate was 96.83%.Totally 22 cases were markedly effective and 30 cases effectivein the control group,and the total effective rate was 82.54%.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).IL-8,IL-10,IL-13,TNF-alpha and C-reactive protein were improved in both groups(P<0.05),and the improvement in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Bufei Decoction combined with western medicine in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can improve the clinical efficacy and relieve inflammatory indicators,with no serious adverse reactions.It is worthy of promoting.
