观察大活络胶囊治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效及其耐受性

摘　　要：[目的]探究观察大活络胶囊治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效及其耐受性。[方法]将96例冠心病稳定型心绞痛的患者应用随机数字表分观察组和对照组各48例。对照组常规治疗方式,观察组加用大活络胶囊。[结果]观察组患者治疗的总有效率显著高于对照组,观察组患者对药物的耐受性评分显著高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。[结论]采用大活络胶囊对冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者的病症进行干预,能够提升患者心功能,改善患者心绞痛病症,且患者的耐受程度较高。[Objective]To explore and observe the clinical efficacy and tolerance of Dahuoluo Capsule in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.[Method]Ninety-six patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with48 cases in each.The control group received routine treatment,while the experimental group received Dahuoluo Capsule.[Result]The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the tolerance score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Dahuoluo Capsule can improve the heart functionof patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,and the patients’tolerance is higher.
