摘　　要：通过查阅近年来以关节镜微创技术治疗痛风性关节炎的文献,可知在痛风性关节炎方向,此技术不仅能够进行精确诊治,而且结合中西医疗法治疗痛风性关节炎效果显著,复发率低,安全性高,恢复时间快,临床诊疗值得推广。Through consulting the literature of gouty arthritis treated with arthroscopic minimally invasive technique in recent years,we can know that the direction of gouty arthritis is not only accurate diagnosis and treatment,but also the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of gouty arthritis has remarkable effect,low recurrence rate,high safety,fast recovery time.The clinical diagnosis and treatment is worthy of promoting.
