高血压病患者与血清游离脂肪酸水平和炎症因子的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的通过测定高血压病患者血清游离脂肪酸和炎症因子等指标,分析高血压病患者各指标之间的相关性。方法选取42例健康体检者为对照组,86例高血压病患者为实验组,2组受试者空腹抽取静脉血后对多种指标进行检测。结果与对照组比较,实验组收缩压、舒张压、TG、LDL-C、FBG、FFA、IL-6、TNF-α及CRP水平均升高;高血压病患者的收缩压、TC、LDL-C、IL-6 CRP与FFA呈正相关(r值分别为0.336.0. 286、0. 295.0.411、0.318,P<0. 05)。高血压病患者的收缩压、舒张压、LDL-C、IL-6、TNF-α与CRP呈正相关(r值分别为0.4270.342、0. 306、0. 486、0.376,P <0. 05);HDL-C与CRP呈负相关(r=-0.387,P<0.05)。结论确诊为高血压的患者,通常伴随着FFA和炎症因子的升高,因此,检测血清游离脂肪酸水平和炎症因子等指标对预防高血压病有一定的积极作用。Objective By measuring hypertension patient serum free fatty acids and inflammatory factor index,the correlation between the indexes was analyzed in hypertension patients. Methods Forty-two healthy subjects were selected as the control group, and 86 patients with hypertension were included in the experimental group. The venous blood of the two groups was conducted for the test of various indicators. Results Compared with the control group, the systolic blood pressure ,diastolic blood pressure, TG, LDL-C, FBG, FFA, IL-6, TNF-a and CRP levels in the experimental group inereased significantly. Hypertension patients with systolic blood pressure, TG, LDL-C, IL-6, CRP and FFA were positively correlated (r=0. 336, r=0.286,r=0.295, r=0.411,r=0.318, P<0. 05). Hypertension patients with systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, LDL-C, IL-6, TNF-a and CRP were positively correlated (r=0.427, r=0.342, r=0. 306, r=0. 486,r= 0.376,P <0.05), while HDL- C was negatively correlated with CRP (r=-0. 387,P<0. 05). Conclusion Patients diagnosed with hypertension are usually accompanied with the rise of FFA and inflammatory factors;Therefore, the detection of serum free fatty acid level and inflammatory factor index plays a certain positive role in preventing hypertension.
