摘　　要：自媒体的产生,不但改变了人与人之间交流方式,影响了人们的生活方式,也影响了人们在政治生活领域的态度和习惯。尤其是在公民网络政策参与领域,自媒体扩大了参与主体的范围,使参与动机更加个人化,参与方式更加多元,参与成果也更富有成效。我们应该看到自媒体给公民政策参与所带来的机遇,当然也不能忽视随之而来的挑战,只有正确认识自媒体对公民网络政策参与的影响,我国的公民网络政策参与才会充满活力,更加有效。The emerging of We Media has changing the ways of communication between people,affecting people’s lifestyle,attitudes and habits in political life. Especially in the area of citizen network participation in public policy,the We Media has been expanding the scope of participants,personalizing the motivation for participation,diversifying the way of participation,and making effective in the participation results. We should see the opportunities brought by the citizen participation in public policy in we media. At the same time,we can’t ignore the challenges that come with it. Only correctly understand the impact of We Media on citizen network participation in public policy will the participation be full of vitality and effectiveness.
