摘 要:规范对心墙土料粘粒含量有明确要求,近年来随着室内试验、大型碾压机具等的不断发展,分析粘粒含量偏高对粘土心墙的填筑质量影响具有重要的现实意义。通过室内颗粒分析试验,分析试样状态对粘粒含量的影响。结果表明:对于中低坝而言,粘粒含量偏高超出规范规定的上限13.6%以内的粘性土,可通过加大碾压设备的吨位、减小铺料厚度、增加碾压遍数来解决其可能产生的危害,可达到规范对粘土心墙的填筑要求;粘粒含量超过上述限值的亦可先做碾压试验,确定是否能达到规范对填筑的要求,若不能满足,国内一般采取掺砂、掺砾的方法来处理。结论可为类似心墙土料粘粒含量偏高的工程提供借鉴。There are clear requirements for the clay content of the core wall.In recent years,with the continuous development of indoor tests and large-scale rolling tools,it is of great practical significance to analyze the high clay content of the clay core wall.The effect of the state of the sample on the clay content was analyzed by an indoor particle analysis test.The results show that for medium and low dams,cohesive soil with high clay content exceeding 13.6% of the upper limit of the specification can be solved by increasing the tonnage of the rolling equipment,reducing the thickness of the paving and increasing the number of rolling passes.The possible hazards may meet the requirements for filling the clay core wall;if the clay content exceeds the above limit,the crushing test may be performed first to determine whether the requirements for filling can be met.If not,the domestic Generally,it is treated by sand mixing and gravel mixing.The conclusion can provide reference for the project with high clay content of core soil.
