摘　　要：人工贴标或半自动化贴标条码打印机打印出标签会产生标签位置不固定、生产效率低下及不卫生等问题,而且部分自动试管贴标机功能尚不完善,所以有必要设计一种试管标签粘贴机。基于此,首先对该装置整体结构进行设计,把握其工作原理,合理布置各机构元件;然后按要求分别对上料机构、主体机构以及下料机构等关键机构进行详细设计;最后取多组不同直径试管进行实验。结果表明,该试管标签粘贴机能够正确完成贴标任务;试管标签粘贴机从上料、贴标和下料实现了自动化,不仅解决了条码打印机需人工贴标签问题,而且极大地提高了贴标签效率,还可以对不同直径试管进行贴标。Manual labeling or semi-automatic labeling barcode printers print labels that cause problems such as unfixed label position, low production efficiency and unsanitary problems, and some automatic tube labeling machines are not yet fully functional, so it is necessary to design a test tube label. machine. Based on this, firstly, the overall structure of the device is designed, the working principle is grasped, and the components of each mechanism are arranged reasonably;then the key institutions such as the feeding mechanism, the main body mechanism and the blanking mechanism are separately designed according to the requirements;Experiment with diameter tubes. The results show that the test tube labeling machine can correctly complete the labeling task;the test tube labeling machine realizes automation from loading, labeling and blanking, which not only solves the problem that the barcode printer needs manual labeling, but also greatly improves the labeling efficiency. It is also possible to label different diameter tubes.
