摘　　要：为了解决“海洋石油162”拖航作业中影响拖航作业效率、作业安全的6项问题,采取火炬臂增加收放绞车,外加电流阴极保护系统(ICCP)增加提升装置,海水提升泵电缆卷盘改造电滑环结构,喷冲管线改造,磁罗经换型,增设行车导轨等改造措施,使“海洋石油162”平台拖航作业效率得到提高,作业风险降低。In order to solve six problems affecting the efficiency and safety in towing operations, Offshore Oil 162 was upgraded and revamped, including adopting torch arm to increase the winch, applying ICCP system to increase the lifting device, using the cable reel of the seawater lifting pump to transform the structure of the electric slide ring, transforming the spray pipeline, changing the magnetic compass, adding the running rail and so on. These upgrade measures greatly improved the efficiency of towing operations of the platform, and reduced the operation risks.
