摘　　要：目的:探讨集束化护理干预对腰椎斜外侧椎间融合术(OLIF)后患者效果.方法:通过对19例在本院采用OLIF治疗腰椎退行性疾病患者实施术前、术后护理及并发症的预防,并对术后引流量,留置引流管时间及下地时间等进行评估,并与传统腰椎后路手术进行对比.结果:与传统腰椎手术相比,19例行OLIF患者术后留置引流管天数少,术后引流量少,下床时间及住院天数短,留置导尿管比例小,差距具有统计学意义.结论:OLIF手术与传统手术相比具有明显优势,但其护理有特殊性,需要护理人员动态观察,提供个性化护理干预.Objective: To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with lumbar oblique lateral interbody fusion (OLIF). Methods: Preoperative and postoperative care and complications were prevented in 19 patients who underwent OLIF in the treatment of lumbar degenerative diseases in our hospital. The postoperative drainage, indwelling catheter time and postoperative ambulation time were evaluated and compared with traditional lumbar vertebrae. Results: Compared with traditional lumbar surgery, 19 patients with OLIF had fewer days of indwelling drainage tube, less postoperative drainage, shorter postoperative ambulation time and less days of hospitalization, and a smaller proportion of indwelling catheters. The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion:OLIF surgery has obvious advantages compared with traditional surgery, but its nursing has special characteristics, requiring nursing staff to observe dynamically and provide personalized nursing intervention.
