摘  要:对于冷水机组,因为过渡季节或房间末端并非都处于工作状态,机组大多运行在部分负荷位置,因而提升冷水机组部分负荷能效比是目前整个空调行业的课题。单螺杆冷水机组依旧是商用中央空调的主力军,目前设计的单螺杆式压缩机大都采用两个星轮对称容积调节控制,可以实现负载25%到100%无级调节。本文对非对称式容积控制技术在单螺杆压缩机的运用进行阐述,实现在两个星轮独立控制以达到更高的部分负荷能效。For water cooling chiller,because of the transition season or the end of the room is not always working,most of the units are running at part load position,so the COP improvement of part load has become the subject of the entire air-conditioning industry. Single screw chillers are still the main force of commercial central air conditioning. Previous designs of Single Screw compressors had a combined capacity control operation typically varying capacity from 25 to 100%. Asymmetric designs have now been developed that allow each compression process to operate independently thereby providing high efficiency part load performance.
