摘  要:针对一款增加涡轮增压器的多点燃油喷射发动机,对润滑油流量和泄压系统的特性进行分析,进而优化以满足性能需求。为验证润滑系统在不同工况的性能,采用一维数值模拟软件FlowMaster对此润滑系统进行分析,并使用实际发动机对数值模型进行验证,验证后的数值模型被应用于分析油压和油流量的性能状况。由数值模拟结果可知:增加了涡轮增压器后,润滑系统的流量必须提高至9.6mL/r才可保证发动机的正常运作。The characteristics of lubricant flow and decompression systems of a multipoint fuel injection engine after adding the turbocharger were mainly studied,then the system was optimized to meet the performance requirements.In order to verify the performance of the lubrication system under different working conditions,FlowMaster,a one-dimensional numerical simulation software,was used to analyze the lubrication system,and the actual engine was used to verify the numerical model.The validated numerical model was applied to analyze the oil pressure and flow rate.From the numerical simulation results,it can be seen that after adding the turbocharger,the oil quantity of lubrication system must be increased to 9.6 mL/r to ensure the engine function well.
