摘　　要：针对某特种汽车备胎架无法回收问题进行分析,绘制引起该问题的故障树,通过结构分析和管路及阀件压力损失计算,对备胎架液压系统进行分析。结果表明,在液压系统中合理设置平衡阀压力可有效解决备胎架无法回收问题。通过解决备胎架收放问题,提高了装备使用的可靠性。The problem that the spare tire frame of a special vehicle cound not be recovered was analyzed.The fault tree that caused the problem was drawn.The hydraulic system of the spare tire frame was analyzed through structural analysis and pressure loss calculation of pipeline and valve parts.The results show that in the hydraulic system,setting the balance valve pressure reasonable can effectively solve the problem that the spare tire frame can not be recovered.The reliability of the equipment is improved by solving the problem of the retraction and reloading of the spare tire.
