摘  要:为研究正面台车标定试验评价准则,分析正面碰撞试验中驾驶员侧假人头部x向外力作用加速度axh和胸部z向加速度azc,指出axh和azc全面反映了转向机构、安全气囊、安全带的作用效果,积分得到的对应速度vzc和vxh可以作为评价准则基础。通过对当前台车试验中存在的问题进行探讨,对编号T006的台车标定试验结果进行研究,得出台车标定试验评价准则:在假人头部回弹之前,v′xh处于所复现实车的vxh±1m/s范围内;假人胸部运动在C阶段之前,v′zc处于vzc±0.22m/s范围内时,台车标定结果满足要求。该准则对仿真对标也具有指导意义。To study the assessment rule of the frontal sled validation tests,the a x h of driver dummy that was the acceleration of the head x direction produced by the outer force and the a z c of dummy that was the chest z direction acceleration were analyzed.The analysis results show that both of the a x h and the a z c whole reflect the effect of the steering organ,airbag and safety belt and the velocity v x h and v z c by integrated accelerations may looking upon the basis on assessment rule.Through discussing the faults of current sleds test and studying the results of T006 sled validation test,the assessment rules of the sled validation test are deduced that the v′x h should be in v x h±1 m/s of the aim vehicle before the dummy head rebound and the v′z c should be in v z c±0.22 m/s before the dummy movement is at C phase in the sled validation test.The rule has the direction meaning for CAE validation.
