摘  要:东庞煤矿S2704工作面配套MG500/1130-WD交流变频电牵引采煤机,为了最大程度地回收煤炭资源,提高现有MG500/1130-WD型交流变频电牵引采煤机对极复杂工况的适应性,针对该型采煤机在大倾角、大俯采工况下暴露出的问题,对采煤机的牵引电机、泵箱、行走机构、牵引部、摇臂进行了一系列技术改造,成功解决了采煤机使用中的牵引力不足、油泵吸空、导向靴、平滑靴频繁损坏以及牵引部、摇臂的局部润滑问题,提高了该型号采煤机的适应性和可靠性。The S2704 working face of Dongpang Mine was equipped with MG500/1130-WD AC variable frequency electric traction shearer. In order to maximize the recovery of coal resources, the existing MG500/1130-WD AC variable frequency electric traction shearer was extremely complicated. A series of techniques for the shearer motor, pump box,traveling mechanism, traction section and rocker arm of the shearer were transformed for the problems exposed by the shearer under large dip angle and large dip mining conditions. The transformation successfully solved the problem of insufficient traction of the shearer, the suction of the oil pump, the frequent damage of the guide shoe and the smoothing shoe, and the local lubrication of the traction part and the rocker arm, which improved the adaptability and reliability of the shearer of this type.
