摘 要:为了更好地解决大淑村矿井下采空区瓦斯超限问题,利用高位定向长钻孔代替传统抽采的方法对采空区上隅角瓦斯进行治理。该矿172107工作面在2号钻场、3号钻场设计4个定向长钻孔,提前设计钻孔轨迹,钻孔按预设轨迹延伸至裂隙带指定层位,通过对比分析了高位定向长钻孔和高位瓦斯钻孔的瓦斯抽采效果、经济效益及安全效益,证明定向长距离钻孔的抽采效率更高、经济效益更好。定向钻进技术具有在大淑村矿区进一步推广应用的价值,可以提高瓦斯治理效果,促进煤矿安全生产。In order to better solve the problem of gas overrun in goaf of mine, the high-position long borehole was used instead of the traditional method to control the upper corner gas. The 172107 working face of Dashucun Mine was designed with 4 directional long boreholes in No. 2 drilling site and No. 3 drilling site. The drilling trajectory was designed in advance, and the drilling was extended to the specified horizon of the fracture zone according to the preset trajectory. The gas drainage effect, economic benefit and safety benefit of directional long borehole and high gas borehole proved that the directional long distance borehole had higher extraction efficiency and better economic benefit. The directional drilling technology had the value of further promotion and application in the Dashucun mining area, which could improve the gas control effect and promote the safe production of coal mines.
