摘  要:目的探讨重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(rb-bFGF)联合高能红外线治疗带状疱疹的临床效果。方法将本院收治的65例带状疱疹患者按随机数字表法分为试验组(n=32)和对照组(n=33)。两组患者均予以抗病毒及营养神经对症处理。试验组采用rb-bFGF凝胶联合高能红外线治疗,对照组采用单纯高能红外线治疗。对比两组的治疗效果。结果试验组止疱时间及结痂时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗第7、14天,两组患者的VAS评分均显著低于治疗第1天,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用rb-bFGF联合高能红外线治疗带状疱疹,可明显改善患者皮损修复及神经痛症状,疗效确切。Objective To observe the effect of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor (rb-bFGF) combined with high-energy infrared ray in the treatment of herpes zoster. Methods Sixty-five patients with herpes zoster admitted in our hospital were divided into experimental group (n=32) and control group (n=33) according to random number table method. Both groups were given antiviral and neurotrophic symptomatic treatment. The experimental group was treated with rb-bFGF gel combined with high-energy infrared ray, while the control group was treated with simple high-energy infrared ray. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The bleb-stopping time and scab-forming time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). On the 7th and 14th day of treatment, the VAS scores of both groups were significantly lower than those on the 1st day of treatment, and those in the experimental group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of herpes zoster with rb-bFGF combined with high-energy infrared ray can significantly improve the skin repair and neuralgia symptoms, with definite curative effect.
