摘　　要：目的探讨经桡动脉使用可机械解脱弹簧圈治疗冠状动脉-肺动脉瘘的护理特点。方法分析2015年4月至2018年12月在安康市中心医院住院的经桡动脉途径使用可机械解脱弹簧圈治疗的冠状动脉-肺动脉瘘患者的围手术期护理特点,包括病情观察、并发症护理及用药护理等。结果 16例患者中15例介入封堵术成功,l例患者介入手术失败转外科手术,介入手术成功率为93.8%;术后1例患者死亡,死亡原因可能为肺栓塞,无其他并发症发生。结论经桡动脉使用可机械解脱弹簧圈治疗成年人冠状动脉-肺动脉瘘安全、有效、方便,患者容易接受,充分的术前准备、术中、术后严密观察和护理能减少并发症的发生,提高手术成功率。Objective To explore the nursing characteristics of mechanical release coils via radial artery in the treatment of coronary artery-pulmonary artery fistula. Methods The perioperative nursing characteristics of patients with coronary artery-pulmonary artery fistula treated by mechanical release coils via radial artery in Ankang central hospital from April 2015 to December 2018 were analyzed, including condition observation, complications nursing, medication nursing and so on. Results Among 16 patients, 15 patients were successful in interventional occlusion, and 1 patient failed in interventional operation and transferred to surgery, the success rate of interventional operation was 93.8%;one patient died after operation, the cause of death may be pulmonary embolism, and no other complications occurred. Conclusion It is safe, effective and convenient to treat adult coronary artery-pulmonary artery fistula with mechanical release coils via radial artery. Full preoperative preparation, close observation and nursing during and after operation can reduce the occurrence of complications and improve the success rate of operation.
