四黄汤湿热敷治疗宫颈癌放疗相关性皮肤损伤的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察四黄汤湿热敷治疗宫颈癌放疗相关性皮肤损伤的临床疗效。方法选取接受盆腔外照射治疗及腔内后装放疗后发生放射性皮炎Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级的中晚期宫颈癌患者66例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各33例。对照组采用常规放疗护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予四黄汤湿热敷治疗。疗程结束后观察2组放疗相关皮肤损伤的创面愈合时间、可视疼痛分级法(VAS)评分、治疗有效率。结果观察组平均创面愈合时间为(7.52±1.73)d,短于对照组的(14.30±3.85)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组临床疗效总有效率为90.91%,高于对照组的63.64%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论四黄汤湿热敷可促进宫颈癌患者放射性皮炎的修复,缩短创面愈合时间,减轻患者放射野局部疼痛。Objective To investigate the effect of wet-hot compress with Sihuang decoction in the treatment of radiation-induced skin injury in patients requiring radiotherapy for cervical cancer.Methods Totally 66 cervical cancer patients with stage Ⅱ and Ⅲ radiation dermatitis induced by intracavitary radiotherapy were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 33 cases in each group.All patients receive droutine nursing during radiotherapy,and those in the control group was treated by wet-hot compress with Sihuang decoction.After the treatment,the average healing time,pain degree and effective treatment rate of dermatitis were observed and compared between two groups.Results The average time of wound healing was (7.52±1.73)days in the observation group,which was shorter than (14.30±3.85)days in the control group (P<0.05).The Visual Analogue Scale of pain in the observationgroup was lower than that in thecontrol group (P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment of dermatitis was 90.91% in the observation group and 63.64% in the control group,with a significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion The wet-hot compress with Sihuang decoction can effectively shorten the healing time and relieve local pain in patients with radiation dermatitis.
