118例腹膜透析导管植入术围手术期的护理

摘　　要：目的探讨腹膜透析导管植入术围手术期的护理对策。方法对118例行腹膜透析导管植入术的终末期肾病患者给予围手术期护理,包括术前宣教及心理指导、术中监护、术后护理及相关并发症的预防与处理等。结果118例患者手术均成功。其中4(3.39%)例患者发生腹膜透析相关性腹膜炎,1(0.85%)例患者发生出口处感染,2(1.69%)例患者出现管周渗漏,5(4.24%)例患者出现透析液引流不畅。经对症治疗及相应的护理,以上术后并发症均治愈,患者继续腹膜透析治疗。结论腹透透析导管植入术围手术期的护理至关重要,良好的护理措施能有效减少术后并发症,提高患者的腹膜透析质量。Objective To explore the perioperative nursing countermeasure of peritoneal dialysis catheter implantation.Methods Totally 118 patients received peritoneal dialysis catheter insertion and the perioperative nursing interventions,including preoperative instruction and education,psychological nursing,postoperative nursing,enhancing monitor during and after operation,prevention and management of related complications and so on.Results Operations of all 118 patients were successfully performed.Among them,4 (3.39%) patients had peritoneal dialysis-related peritonitis,1 (0.85%) patient had exit infection,2 (1.69%) patients had peritubular leakage,and 5 (4.24%) patients had poor drainage of dialysate.After symptomatic treatment and corresponding nursing,all the above complications were cured and patients continued to undergo peritoneal dialysis.Conclusion Perioperative nursing of patients with peritoneal dialysis catheter implantation is very important,which can reduce the complications and improve the quality of peritoneal dialysis.
