摘　　要：文章以蒙华铁路7标段项目隧道工程实践为例,通过对隧道湿喷混凝土设备进行选型分析,对不同型号喷射机械手的施工应用情况进行对比研究,解决了初支混凝土施工过程中的重难点问题,提高了机械化水平、降低了劳动强度、改善了洞内掌子面附近的作业环境、保证了结构质量、加快了施工进度,是保证大断面砂层隧道安全快速施工的有效措施,可对其他类似工程施工提供工程经验.The tunnel engineering of MHTJ-7 project in Menghua Railway was taken as an example, the analysis about selecting the wet-sprayed concrete equipment was carried out, the comparison on constmction and application of different types of jet manipulators were done to solve the difficulty problems in the construction of initial concrete, increase mechanization and reduce labor in tensity improve working environment near the excavated face in the tunnel. The structure quality was guaranteed and the construction progress was accelerated. It is an effective method to ensure the safe and rapid construction of large section sand tunnel, providing valuable engineering experience for other similar projects.
