摘 要:采用低温等离子体对纯棉针织物和涤棉针织物进行表面处理,运用正交试验法讨论等离子体处理对棉类针织物冷轧堆前处理的影响。得出基于等离子体处理的两种针织物冷轧堆前处理的优化工艺参数为:H2O2质量浓度30g/L,NaOH质量浓度20g/L,堆置时间24h。相比常规的冷轧堆前处理,织物经过等离子体处理后的冷轧堆前处理工艺中H2O2用量减少25%,NaOH用量减少33%,堆置时间无明显变化。等离子体处理能够显著提高针织物的亲水性能,减少化学试剂的使用量。The surface treatment of pure cotton knitted fabric and polyester/cotton knitted fabric is carried out by low temperature plasma. The effect of plasma treatment on the cold pad-batch pretreatment of cotton knitted fabrics is also investigated by orthogonal test. The optimum cold pad-batch pretreat-ment for the two kind of knitted fabrics treated with plasma is NaOH 20 g/L, H2O2 30 g/L, and batching for 24 h. Compared with the conventional cold pad-batch pretreatment, the amount of H2O2 is reduced by 25%, the amount of NaOH is reduced by 33%, and the batching time is not significantly changed. Moreover, plasma treatment can significantly improve the hydrophilic properties of knitted fabrics, which can improve the utilization rate of chemical reagents in the pretreatment process and reduce the use of reagents.
