纯棉针织服装免烫防缩整理工艺的优化

摘　　要：采用树脂PCLN对纯棉针织服装进行免烫防缩整理。研究了树脂质量浓度、喷淋带液率、预烘温度、熨烫工艺、焙烘温度及时间对织物免烫防缩性能的影响。优化的整理工艺为:树脂PLCN质量浓度60g/L,喷淋带液率120%,预烘温度80℃,预烘之后进行熨烫整理,焙烘温度150℃,焙烘时间3min。采用优化工艺整理的纯棉针织服装,经家庭洗水20次后缩水率在-3%^+3%,外观平整度4.0级,游离甲醛质量分数<75mg/kg,成衣的鼓破强力保留率达70%以上。A non-ironing and shrink proof treatment of cotton knitted garments with resin PCLN is carried out. The effects of resin concentration, pick up of spraying, pre-drying temperature, ironing, curing temperature and time on the norrironing and shrink proof performance are analyzed. The optimum finishing process is: resin 60 g/L, pick up of spraying 120%, pre-drying at 80 ℃ followed by ironing, and curing at 150 ℃ for 3 min. The shrinkage of cotton knitted garments is within -3%~3% after 20 times home launderings, the smooth ness appears nee is 4.0, the free formaldehyde release is less than 75 mg/kg, and the bursting strength retention rate is over 70%.
